Beginnings

From 1972 until late 1986 Mike Bailey was employed in general agency where he gained a sound knowledge of the property market, advising clients in the sale of residential and commercial property, and land and property for development.

Development

In 1987 Michael d Bailey + Associates was established and UKLandfinder was incorporated as a brand name leaving our clients in no doubt where our expertise and focus lay.
